With a career in the dental industry that began at the age of 19, Fae brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for patient care to her role as Deputy Manager and Treatment Coordinator. Starting as a dental nurse, she gained invaluable hands-on experience and developed a comprehensive understanding of clinical procedures and patient management.

In her current role, Fae expertly manages appointments for Dr. Rhona, Dr. Luk, and several other clinicians, ensuring a seamless patient journey from consultation to treatment. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and natural ability to build rapport with patients allow her to provide an outstanding level of customer service.

Fae is also deeply committed to supporting the nursing team, drawing from her own experience to mentor and guide them. Working alongside highly skilled clinicians throughout her career has further enriched her expertise and strengthened her dedication to delivering the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Fae enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in her hobbies such as dining out, shopping, and country walks. She is also passionate about fashion and dedicates her spare time to managing her clothing line, showcasing her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
